The morning session will consist of a workshop titled “Tools for Tough Times,” focusing on challenging behaviours, the 5 R’s (Rules, Roles, Responsibilities, Rights, and Routines) and much more! The afternoon session, titled “The Art of Thematic Programming,” is aimed at promoting creative thinking and a better understanding of child care programming. It will include the 5 P’s to programming, creating theme programs such as Jedi Leadership and Alice in Pentictonland, and ways to get your creative juices flowing.

This dynamic and fun filled workshop is sure to get you excited about summer programming
